Le Compagnon — a coach that knows you
Asked the same question, a consumer AI assistant gives generic advice; Le Compagnon answers knowing your profile, your colleagues’ profiles, your relationships, your company and your system. Your conversations stay in Europe, in Systémologie’s infrastructure, and your employer never has access. Two modes: an immediate answer or coaching.
Le Compagnon
An assistant that knows everything, or a coach that knows you?
Consumer AI assistants are remarkable. But faced with a work situation, they don’t know who you are, who you work with or how your company works. Le Compagnon does.
- 01
Context
It knows who you are
Consumer AI assistant
It doesn’t know you. To get a tailored answer you have to explain everything again, and it fills the gaps with generalities.
Le Compagnon
It knows your profile, natural and deep, your role and your company’s context. Its answer starts from you, not from an average case.
- 02
Your colleagues
Mention @someone: it knows who you mean
Consumer AI assistant
It only knows your colleagues through what you tell it, and it sometimes makes up what’s missing.
Le Compagnon
It knows the verified profile of the colleagues you mention and your declared relationships. If it doesn’t know a profile, it says so rather than inventing one. What you declare, it can quote; what others declare about you, it only alludes to with discretion.
- 03
Two modes
An immediate answer, or real coaching
Consumer AI assistant
It answers straight away, often with a list of tips, whether the situation calls for a solution or for reflection.
Le Compagnon
In immediate mode, it delivers practical help. In coaching mode, it first makes you think, with the right questions, before building a plan with you.
- 04
Sources
Built on sources the web doesn’t give
Consumer AI assistant
Trained on the public web: plenty of generalities about management, little on advanced systemic and coaching methods, whose reference works are rare, sometimes out of print.
Le Compagnon
It rests on a synthesis of the best specialists in systemic management and coaching, such as Alain Cardon, Michel Crozier, Dominique Bériot and Chantal Gensse, enriched by its designers’ coaching training and several decades of management training work. Knowledge a general-purpose assistant doesn’t draw on unless it is given it.
- 05
Loyalty
Serving the company, never an accomplice
Consumer AI assistant
It serves its user, with no sense of the interests of the company that user works for.
Le Compagnon
It serves the interests of the company that pays for it: it refuses to help push someone out or get around HR, refers legal questions to the right people, and reframes a conversation that drifts.
- 06
Your system
It sees what keeps repeating
Consumer AI assistant
Each conversation almost starts from scratch. Its memory keeps facts and preferences, not a reading of your working environment.
Le Compagnon
Conversation after conversation, it maps your system: players, stakes, patterns that keep repeating. So you can see what keeps playing out, and act in the right place.
- 07
Your data
In Europe, with us, and never with your employer
Consumer AI assistant
A personal account, data held by the provider; depending on settings, your conversations may be used to train the model. Nothing stops sensitive company information from being shared with it.
Le Compagnon
Your conversations are stored in Europe, in Systémologie’s infrastructure, not with AI providers. For each answer, the model only receives the useful context, and your data is not used to train any model. Your employer pays, but never has access to the conversations: it only sees usage indicators.
What a consumer assistant does better
Let’s be honest: for many uses, it remains the best tool.
- General knowledge, and writing any kind of text.
- Web search and analysing large files.
- Detailed legal or HR questions: Le Compagnon deliberately refers you to HR or a lawyer.
- The price of an unlimited individual subscription.
The two complement each other: one knows everything, the other knows you.
A coach that knows you.
Immediate or in depth, confidential, available 24/7.
FAQ
Le Compagnon in practice
What makes it different from a consumer AI assistant?
Asked the same question, a consumer assistant gives generic advice. Le Compagnon answers knowing your profile, your colleagues' profiles, your working relationships and your organisation. For a general question unrelated to your situation, a consumer assistant does the job perfectly well.
Can my employer read my conversations?
No. Your conversations are stored in Europe, in Systémologie's infrastructure, not with AI providers, and your employer never has access.
Does it replace a human coach?
No, it complements one. A human coach brings presence, perspective and experience that an AI doesn't have. Le Compagnon is there between sessions, at any hour, to prepare a difficult conversation or step back.
How does it work?
Two modes: an immediate answer when you need to move forward, or coaching that helps you find your own answer. It can switch from one to the other during the conversation.
How do I get access?
Through a DISC by Systémologie licence or a Leader Report, which include 30 days of Le Compagnon, or through a Compagnon programme for the whole company. You can also ask for a free trial.
