Leaders — your leadership, read in depth, supported every day
The Leader Report places your natural steering lever among four (Results, Rules, Meaning, Mastery), shows when to borrow the other three, and what goes wrong under pressure. Between sessions with your coach, Le Compagnon is there at any hour, with no fear of judgement. The two complement each other.
The Leader Report
Your leadership, read in depth
A report designed for the top of the organisation, not one more DISC. It starts from your profile and reads it through the lens of leadership: what drives you forward, what makes you drift, and the direction you want to hold.
- Leader Report01
In one picture
Who you are as a leader
Your natural steering lever and how well it fits your role. The higher you go, the more the expected lever is Meaning: coherence between what you stand for and what you do.
- Leader Report02
How you steer
Four levers, one natural
Results, Rules, Meaning, Mastery: four ways to move an organisation forward. The report places yours, the one you use today, and when to borrow the other three depending on the phase, the level and the context.
- Leader Report03
Under pressure
What goes wrong
Under load, an untempered strength becomes the source of the problem. The report names yours, the moment it tips over, and the concrete move that brings it back in time.
- Leader Report04
How you think
Analytical or systemic
Isolating to understand, or connecting to act: two complementary logics. The report places yours, and what it needs so it doesn’t become a blind spot.
- Leader Report05
Your tensions
Your own dilemma
The report doesn’t just describe: it names the tensions that arise where your traits meet. For instance, a strong sense of Meaning in an organisation that still depends too much on you.
- Leader Report06
Your compass
Meaning, ambition, coherence
Why what you are building should exist, where you want to be in fifteen years, and the gap between what you say and what you do. This part is built with you, in dialogue with Le Compagnon.
The Leader Report is included in the Le Compagnon onboarding.
Human coach and Le Compagnon
Both, each in its place
An executive coach and Le Compagnon don’t do the same job. Le Compagnon will never replace a human coach. But it brings what no coach can bring, especially between sessions.
What only a human coach brings
- Presence, and a relationship of trust built over time.
- Reading body language, silences and emotions.
- Lived experience, intuition, what they have seen with other leaders.
- The courage to confront, and the mutual commitment that makes decisions stick.
- Support through the heaviest human moments: crisis, major conflict, burnout.
- Professional ethics and supervision.
What no coach can bring
- Availability: at 11:40 pm the night before a board meeting, not in three weeks.
- Speed: an answer within seconds, right when the question comes up.
- Practical advice that belongs to consulting, where a coach refrains from advising.
- What you can’t see yourself: your deep profile, your team’s profiles, the gaps between you. Information you could never pass on to your coach.
- A reading of your system that sharpens with every conversation.
And what you don’t think of
- Asking the question you don’t dare ask a human, for fear of being judged.
- Testing an idea, a doubt, some anger, before exposing it to anyone.
- Talking… about your coach: preparing a session, understanding what’s stuck, putting into words what you can’t tell them.
Getting the most out of it
- 01
Talk to it like a real coach, not a machine: the context, your doubts, the stakes.
- 02
Don’t limit yourself to what you think is possible: also ask it to challenge you, make you think, prepare a difficult conversation.
- 03
Mention the people involved with @: it knows their profile.
- 04
Take time to get started: onboarding is part of the package.

FAQ
The Leader Report in practice
What does the Leader Report contain?
Your natural steering lever among four (Results, Rules, Meaning, Mastery), when to borrow the other three, and what goes wrong under pressure. It also describes your way of thinking and names the dilemma that keeps coming back in your decisions.
Do I need to have a coach already?
No. The report stands on its own and Le Compagnon supports you day to day. If you have a coach, the two complement each other: your coach brings the human perspective, Le Compagnon is there between sessions.
Are my conversations with Le Compagnon confidential?
Yes. They are stored in Europe, in Systémologie's infrastructure, and nobody in your company has access.
How should I talk to Le Compagnon?
As you would to a real coach: describe the situation as it is, with its people and its context. The more precise you are, the sharper its questions and answers.
