Data collected

Depending on how you use the site and Aldibo’s services, the following data may be collected: when you use the site’s contact form, your name, email address and message content; if your organization is a Client of the Le Compagnon service, its enrolled Users’ account data (name, email, status), their DISC by Systémologie® profile results, and the content of their exchanges with Le Compagnon.

Purpose of processing

This data is processed in order to: respond to requests submitted via the contact form; provide and administer the Le Compagnon service and DISC by Systémologie® profiles to Clients and their enrolled Users; ensure the security and proper functioning of the site and services; and comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

Legal basis and retention period

Data submitted via the contact form is processed on the basis of Aldibo’s legitimate interest in responding to requests addressed to it, and is retained for three (3) years from the last contact. Data belonging to Users enrolled in the Le Compagnon service is processed by Aldibo as a processor, for the performance of the contract entered into with the Client; it is retained for the duration of the contract, then for thirty (30) days after its termination or non-renewal, before permanent deletion, in accordance with the Terms of Sale.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your personal data.

Mobile application

A Le Compagnon mobile application will soon be available on iOS and Android. Once launched, the application may collect, under the same confidentiality conditions described above: technical data related to the device (device type, operating system, push notification identifier), connection and usage data for the application, and, where applicable, permissions explicitly granted by the user (for example, notifications). In accordance with the Terms of Sale for the Le Compagnon service, the content of exchanges between an enrolled User and Le Compagnon remains strictly confidential and is not accessible to the Client, the Administrator, or any third party. Downloading and installing the application is also subject to the terms and privacy policies specific to the Apple App Store and Google Play.
